Communication: To send you "Report Cards," booking confirmations, and (if you opt-in) newsletters about our Clubhouse.
4. What is the Legal Basis? (Legitimation)
Contractual Execution: Processing is necessary to provide the daycare/boarding service you requested.
Legal Obligation: We are required by law to maintain invoices and certain animal health records.
Consent: We ask for your explicit consent to publish photos of your dog on social media or to send marketing emails. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
5. Who Do We Share Your Data With?
We do not sell your data. We only share it with third parties when strictly necessary:
Veterinary Clinics: In the event of a medical emergency regarding your dog.
Public Administration: Tax authorities (Hacienda) as required by Spanish law.
Service Providers: We use trusted tools like Google Workspace (for email/scheduling) and Google Cloud (for data storage), which adhere to strict security standards compliant with EU regulations.
6. How Long Do We Keep Your Data?
Client Data: Kept for the duration of our relationship + 5 years (to comply with tax and liability regulations).
Potential Client Data: Kept for 1 year after your last inquiry, unless you request deletion sooner.
