• Consent: We ask for your explicit consent to publish photos of your dog on social media or to send marketing emails. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

• Veterinary Clinics: In the event of a medical emergency regarding your dog.

• Public Administration: Tax authorities (Hacienda) as required by Spanish law.

• Service Providers: We use trusted tools like Google Workspace (for email/scheduling) and Google Cloud (for data storage), which adhere to strict security standards compliant with EU regulations.

6. How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

• Client Data: Kept for the duration of our relationship + 5 years (to comply with tax and liability regulations).

• Potential Client Data: Kept for 1 year after your last inquiry, unless you request deletion sooner.
